How Brand Registration on the Blockchain Works
Obtaining a registered trademark on the blockchain is a process that ReBlockTM® has simplified into a few clear steps.

Start by preparing a cryptocurrency wallet that will serve as the storage and management tool for your blockchain domain (trademark). This can be a software wallet (mobile or desktop) or a dedicated hardware device.
The wallet must support the blockchain network where the brand will be registered and enable NFT storage (non-fungible tokens). If you don’t already have a wallet, we’ll assist you in setting one up securely.
At this stage, we’ll check the availability of your brand in the blockchain registry. We must ensure that the same name hasn’t already been registered on the selected blockchain.
If it’s available, we can proceed.
We also recommend confirming that you hold the necessary rights to the brand (having a traditional trademark is ideal, but not required). We’ll help you determine the optimal representation of your name (formatting, use of special characters, etc.) to ensure your blockchain registration accurately reflects your brand.
Once everything is ready, we proceed to the actual brand registration through a process called minting.
This step creates a non-fungible token (NFT) that represents your brand as a domain.
The transaction is carried out on a selected blockchain (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon, or another supported network), and your brand is uniquely and permanently recorded.
This includes the payment of a one-time registration fee in cryptocurrency.
Upon successful payment, your brand gains the status of a registered blockchain trademark, recorded in a public ledger with clear ownership linked to your wallet.
After successful minting, your brand is officially registered on the blockchain. You receive a digital certificate - a unique transaction and token ID - which serves as proof of ownership (see “Proof of Brand” below). Now you can begin leveraging the benefits of owning a blockchain domain:
Redirect your new domain to an existing website. Use it across decentralized Web3 platforms. Create subdomains for specific teams, campaigns, or products. Allow customers to make crypto payments using readable branded addresses

Irreversibility and Permanent Validity
Once you’ve completed the steps above and the brand is registered on the blockchain, the record becomes permanent and irreversible.
Blockchain by design does not allow deletion or modification of recorded data—only new entries can be added.

No one else can register the same brand on the same network again
